Terms and Conditions for Exchange and Return

Welcome to NEVER OLD. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality clothing products. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our terms and conditions for exchanges and returns within 7 days of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Exchange and Return

1.1. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

1.2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

1.3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be presented.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

2.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel.
• Damaged or altered items.

3. Exchange Policy

3.1. Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value or higher.

3.2. If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

3.3. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

4. Return Policy

4.1. Returns are accepted for store credit only, which can be used for future purchases. 4.2. The store credit will be issued within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4.3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return and Exchange Process

5.1. Contact our customer service team at neverold@info or to our Instagram account @neverold___   to initiate the return or exchange process.

5.2. Pack the item securely. (original package)

5.3. The Shipping company will come and pick it out

5.4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

6.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

6.2. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

6.3. A replacement item or full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

7. General Conditions

7.1. NEVER OLD reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our terms and conditions.
