Local Shipping Policy

1.1. Regular orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days after receipt of the order and payment.
1.2. Pre-orders are processed and shipped within up to 15 business days after receipt of the order and payment.
1.3. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

2.1. We offer the following local shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Takes 4 to 7 business days for regular orders and up to 15 business days for pre-orders.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card, INSTAPAY, Wallets, etc.)

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the order and the destination address within Egypt. 
4.2. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.

5. Tracking and Confirmation

5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and a link to track your package.
5.2. It is recommended to check the tracking regularly to stay updated on the status of your shipment.

6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries

6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Free Shipping Policy

7.1. We offer free standard shipping on orders over 5000EGY. 
7.2. The free shipping policy applies only to standard shipping and does not include express shipping options.

8. Packaging

8.1. We take care to package your orders securely to ensure they arrive in good condition.
8.2. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
